Casablanca International Cuisine was opened right next to the track of Enoden Rail at Inamuragasaki, Kamakura city in December 2018.
Our chef has 30year career and he owned a Japanese restaurant at his hometown, Hokkaido. He also worked as a master chef in Tokyo; an oyster bar, Mexican restaurant, and a restaurant where mainly offers mustard and lamb meat.
We offer a variety of healthy dishes tasted by 12kinds of Tasmanian organic mustard and vinegar.
Because our chef has hesitation to offer a food addictive to customer, we partly use the organic vegetables from our plantation, and some others are from the local freshest market in Kamakura.
He used to live in Mexico, and he learned local food there. The experience made recect style of his cooking.

We have a large selection of wines such as organic and also the one awarded and JAL lounge offers. They are mainly imported from Italy, Australia and New Zealand, but some are not on the menu.
